PACKER/ LOGISTICS

The K Label is in need of a Part-Time, reliable and thorough Packer to fulfil all online orders from our London in-house department. They will be responsible for picking and packing as well as inspecting EACH garment in-detail to ensure the item is quality controlled to our standards. The role also consists of some heavy lifting when new deliveries arrive. Preferably were looking for a MALE to join the team who is FLEXIBLE with working hours.

3 days a week. 18 - 24 hours per week [Subject to change]

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating labels via courier systems
QC of garments before packing (trimming loose threads , checking all items are unmarked and sellable)
Packing orders daily and on occasion, bulk packing pre-orders so must be able to withstand pressure of short time frame for fulfilling orders
Handling returns - issuing exchanges as instructed by office
Ensuring all orders are fulfilled online / marked as dispatched
Updating stock online - regular stock count
Driving license preferred, collecting stock from manufacturers , trim suppliers (local and sometimes longer distance drives) overall logistics bringing stock to office and lifting of boxes
Heavy lifting involved so must be happy with physical work
Flexible with hours

MARKETING/SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

The K Label is offering a multilevel role for a passionate Social Media Manager that will work directly with the founder to elevate the brand & assist with a smooth running day in the office. SALARY D.O.E

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand collaborations
Social Media updating and analysing
Reviewing social media inquiries on a regular basis
Managing Celeb/ Influencer seeding and gifting
Sending out PR samples
Communicating with celebrity stylists
Organising and co-ordinating visual content
Booking models photographers & locations
Constantly coming up with new creative ideas
Image editing
Producing social media calendar in correlation to stock inventory
Keeping on top of all emails, press/ stylist requests
Any ad-hoc office duties
Ecommerce website admin
Event planning

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Brand or Marketing experience preferred
Visual Creative with a strong exciting vision
Great positive energy and enthusiastic
Keeps on top of social media, photography and fashion trends
Proficient in Photoshop
Great at communicating ideas
Great writing skills
Shows initiative for improvement
Creative problem solving
Knowledge of fashion design & production preferred
Exceptionally organised

The K Label is offering an opportunity for a passionate and hard working fashion studio & production assistant that would work directly with the founder on design development, production and day to day running of the studio. 3 Days a Week

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pattern cutting
Logistics/ Sending out orders, handling returns
Assisting with production
Fabric/trim sourcing
Liaising with suppliers in UK and overseas
Organising the studio
Producing CAD’s
Organising and updating the stock
Quality control
