EXCHANGE POLICY

 

At THE K LABEL we strive to achieve the best quality in all of our products. Every item is delicately handmade, carefully packaged and individually checked for quality control purposes before being shipped. THE K LABEL does not offer a returns policy and we run an Exchange Only policy. 

 

DAMAGED / FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your item was received damaged or faulty please email us at info@theklabel.com specifying the following: the original email/name you used when purchasing the item, the name of the item (promoted on the website), the size of the item you ordered, and a detailed description of the “fault” or “damage” to the item. We will provide you with an address to return you’re item to, providing that you have contacted us within 7 days (for UK customers) or 14 days (for international customers) from the original shipping date. Please note that THE K LABEL does not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility. Please ensure that you get proof of postage and an insured delivery option to be sure that the item will be returned to us safely. THE K LABEL does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility. Upon receiving your item we will only accept items which have been unworn, unmarked, and still with original tags and packaging. THE K LABEL will review the item and check these requirements have been adhered to and review the reported “fault” or “damage”. THE K LABEL reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not follow the requirements stated. If the item is proven to be damaged/faulty and has been unworn, unmarked and returned with original tags and packaging, we will exchange the item for your preferred size and ship this out to you. Please also note when making an exchange, you may not be guaranteed your specified size, colour or style. This is because THE K LABEL does not mass-produce its items and each style is likely to be part of a limited range. If your original choice of item is not in stock we will issue you a Credit Note to be used within 28 days of your original purchase. Please note this credit note will not be valid for items under “The Kollection”. THE K LABEL does not offer a returns policy. 

 

Please follow the care instructions on the label when receiving the item to ensure that you prolong the life of your item. THE K LABEL offers a no-warranty policy for our pieces. We use delicate materials and the products will normally experience “wear and tear” over time. 

 

SIZING ISSUES

THE K LABEL offers a size guide service which can be found on our website under “size guide”. Please use this for reference when deciding on the size of your item. Please also read the product description that may describe the fit and material used to help with this decision. 

 

We understand that not all items will fit every individual as expected and we will accept exchanges for this reason. THE K LABEL does not offer a returns policy. If you would like to exchange your item for another size, please email us at info@theklabel.com specifying the following: the original email/name you used when purchasing the item, the name of the item (advertised on the website), the size you originally ordered, and the size you would like to exchange this for.
